Mortgage payment holiday extended
Have you struggled financially during the coronavirus pandemic? If so, you might be pleased to know that you can apply for a mortgage holiday extension or start paying reduced payments.
The first of these payment holidays were due to finish at the end of June, but the government has announced that they are working with mortgage providers to extend the period for a further three months to help people who are still struggling financially.For further information, head here

The DWP have introduced a Video Relay Service for deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired customers. www.gov.uk/government/news/new-video-service-for-deaf-claimants-accessing-universal-credit. The service is for those who wish to claim.

British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service

You can use the BSL video relay service to make a claim. Find out what you need to do to use the service. The service is available Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
