HOW CAN WE HELP?

We provide a range of services and projects to support carers.

	Family Services We provide a range of services to support families who have children with a disability or long term illness. This includes support to young people who have caring responsibilities for an adult or child support to families within the following projects:
	face to face: as well as providing one-to-one emotional support for parents, we provide specialised training for parents who have a child with a long term illness or disability. Parents in partnership service : provides information and advice for parents who have children with special educational needs. young carers: provides support and activities for children and young people who have some caring responsibilities.
	ADULT SERVICES Provides support to carers who care for an adult with a long term illness or disability. This includes dementia, mental illness and physical and sensory disabilities. We also provide specialised support through the following projects: DEMENTIA MEMORY LANE CAFE Mental Health BLACK AND ASIAN MINORITY ETHNIC
