There are specialist transport facilities available and whilst it is not possible for us to give comprehensive details about membership costs, eligibility criteria and availability listed below are telephone numbers which you may find useful.

AMBULANCE BOOKING
If you are unable to attend a hospital appointment due to mobility problems, your GP may be able to book an ambulance for you to attend on an initial visit and the bookings are made directly to the hospital by yourself. Ask your GP for details.
